StyleLabss provides professional interior design consultation, 3D visualisation, material procurement, and complete installation services. As our services involve significant professional time, design work, and material procurement, refund eligibility is determined based on the stage of the project at the time of cancellation.
2. Consultation Fee
StyleLabss offers a free initial consultation at your Chandigarh property. No payment is required for the initial consultation, so no refund applies to this stage.
3. Design Fee Refunds
If you have paid a design fee for 3D visualisation and concept development:
- Full refund if cancelled before any design work has commenced
- 50% refund if cancelled after initial design concepts have been presented
- No refund once final 3D visualisations and design documentation have been delivered
4. Project Advance Refunds
If you have paid a project advance for material procurement and installation:
- Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of payment and before any materials have been ordered
- Partial refund (minus material costs already incurred) if cancelled after materials have been ordered
- No refund once installation work has commenced at your Chandigarh property
